It’s no surprise that judges make tough decisions almost daily which may temporarily or permanently impact the lives of individuals, families or communities. Because of their unique judicial position, those same judges face these challenges in secrecy and isolation, fearing that they have nowhere to turn for help without potentially jeopardizing their position or their professional career.
