Meditation – The Brain Changer

Learn about the scientifically-developed evidence and data that support the inclusion of meditation and mindfulness, plus the additional rewards of mindfulness in improving social relationships, personally and professionally. Participants will be lead through brief experiential exercises, having a chance to “feel” the often immediate benefits of even very brief mindfulness exercises Ms Horn shares her reliance on scientifically proven principles in her professional practice and private life, and the positive effects that resulted.
